Crystal Hues Celebrates 34th Foundation Day with Zeal

Delhi, 31 July, 2023 - Crystal Hues Limited (CHL) commemorated its 34th Foundation Day with a heartwarming celebration at its Delhi office joined in-person by over 40 employees many others participating online from various locations. The event was filled with a series of sincere thought-sharing, awards, games, and camaraderie that reflected the company's core principles and commitment to fostering a harmonious and thriving work environment.

The celebration commenced with an inspiring speech by the founder and Director of CHL, Mr. Sudheen M, who shared insights into the fundamental principles that have guided the company since its inception. He reiterated the Company's ethos of recognizing that humans are at the center of the business, emphasizing the practice of dignity of work over rank and seniority. He also highlighted the absence of a General Manager in the Company, which demonstrates the strong trust placed on its team members to deliver on their Key Result Areas (KRAs) and conduct themselves in accordance with the company's policies. Nurturing personal growth of each team member by empowering them with continuous skill enhancement and knowledge was the third principle that he underscored. 

The event continued with a joyous cake-cutting ceremony in which everyone joined to mark the milestone of CHL's 34th anniversary. Mrs. Rachna Sudheen, the esteemed founder's spouse, took the stage to share her personal experiences with the company, speaking fondly of the journey and growth that CHL has achieved over the years.

The Foundation Day celebration also presented an opportunity to acknowledge and reward outstanding performers within the organization. A special award ceremony was held, where deserving employees were honoured with awards in various categories, including "Cluster of the Year," "Project Coordinator of the Year," "Accounting Excellence Award," "Digital Excellence Award," "HR Excellence Award for Recruitment," "Excellence in Communication Award," and "Excellence in IT Award," among others. The jewel in the awards crown was the distinguished "Lifetime Achievement Award" which was bestowed upon Mr. M Sudheen in recognition of his exceptional guidance and unwavering vision, which have steered the company to success after success.

Adding a touch of excitement, the attendees were divided into four groups, named after various flowers, for a series of engaging and interactive games. The CHL. quiz tested participants' knowledge of the company and its policies, while the "Childhood Pictures" game led to enthusiastic guessing of employees' younger selves. The "Human Knot" activity proved to be an excellent test of leadership skills, teamwork, and creativity.

The festivities culminated with a delectable luncheon, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among the team members. 

Mr. Sudheen M, expressing his gratitude, said, "CHL’s 34th Foundation Day celebration has been an overwhelming experience, and we owe it all to our dedicated team, whose relentless efforts and commitment have made this journey remarkable.
