Job Description:

  • Manage Assigned Accounts: Handle a designated portfolio of clients under supervision, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Support client retention by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs proactively.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve assigned sales targets for allocated accounts and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Account Expansion: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain account status reports, tracking key performance metrics.
  • Revenue Maximization: Drive monthly revenue growth from the top 10 clients by strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities.
