Customer Success Executive ( Product Sales)

Job Description:

We are hiring freshers! If you’re passionate about sales and love helping customers succeed, join us as a Customer Success Executive in our product sales team. You’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and build relationships with clients while driving product sales.

Responsibilities: 

•⁠  ⁠Follow up with leads provided and schedule online demos 

•⁠  ⁠Follow up with potential leads, prepare quotations, and share them 

•⁠  ⁠Generate new leads through LinkedIn outreach 

•⁠  ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients 

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns 

•⁠  ⁠Provide ongoing support to ensure customers maximize product usage
