Customer Success Executive ( Website & Application Sales)

Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

•⁠  ⁠Call inbound leads, thoroughly understand their requirements, and pass the information to senior staff 

•⁠  ⁠Schedule meetings between prospects and managers 

•⁠  ⁠Prepare and send quotations, then follow up on proposals 

•⁠  ⁠Generate new leads through cold emails and cold calls 

•⁠  ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients 

•⁠  ⁠Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
