Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients, linguists, and internal teams, ensuring the smooth execution of localization and translation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. • Prepare project documentation
    • Communicate expected deliverables 
    • Track progress and flag issues
    • Support resource planning and allocation
    • Identify risks and create mitigation plans

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the localization or language services industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of CAT tools and localization technologies (e.g., Trados, memoQ) is a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
