Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients, linguists, and internal teams, ensuring the smooth execution of localization and translation projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate expected deliverables
• Track progress and flag issues
• Support resource planning and allocation
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the localization or language services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CAT tools and localization technologies (e.g., Trados, memoQ) is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
