Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the localization and translation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  1. • Volume of Leads: Number of qualified leads generated per month through cold calling and
    emailing.
    • Quality of Leads: Percentage of leads that convert to opportunities or sales.
    • Pipeline Development: Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline with fresh leads regularly.
    2. Cold Calling and Emailing:
    • Call Volume: Number of cold calls made per day/week.
    • Email Outreach: Number of personalized cold emails sent per day/week.
    • Response Rates: Percentage of positive responses from calls and emails.
    3. Sales Performance:
    • Sales Revenue: Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
    • Conversion Rates: Percentage of leads converted into customers.
    • Deal Size: Average size of deals closed.
    4. Client Management:
    • Client Retention: Rate of repeat business from existing clients.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Client feedback and satisfaction scores.
    • Account Growth: Increasing the value of accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
    5. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Competitive Analysis: Keeping track of competitor activities and market trends.
    • Market Expansion: Identifying and exploring new markets or segments.
    6. CRM Management:
    • Data Entry: Accuracy and completeness of information entered into the CRM system.
    • Follow-Up: Timely follow-up with leads and clients.
    7. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Team Collaboration: Working effectively with the marketing, sales, and product teams.
    • Reporting: Regular and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics to
    management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the localization or language services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the localization industry, translation processes, or multilingual markets is a plus.
