- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content tailored for different social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Social Media Strategy: Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Community Management: Monitor and manage interactions on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyse social media metrics and prepare reports to assess performance, understand audience behaviour, and identify areas for improvement.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., graphics, content, marketing, sales) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) & Google Docs & Sheets
- Research and plan content strategies for social media campaigns by considering the latest trends.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
