Job Description:

KRA
  • Pitching exhibition booth building and designing services as well as immersive technology solutions to the clients 
  • Handling key accounts provided by management 
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure long term association with them 
  • Client Management & Servicing for projects which are in progress 
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. 
  • Ensuring client's expectations are met on the site(exhibition) 
  • Extracting new business from existing clients 
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements 
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams 
  • Internal coordination for proposal/project deliveries 
  • Focus on project closures & negotiations with clients
  • Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports. 
  • Researching & understanding new trends in the industry
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in Exhibition(stall building & designing services) industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational & leadership skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Must be open to travel
  • Experience or understanding of Immersive technology solutions(AR,VR etc) will be an added advantage.
